Product Ordering

All orders can be placed on our website. We may use advertising networks and social media to reach out to our customers. But all orders are normally concluded on our website.

For customers based outside the UK, please contact us to receive an invoice with quote for international delivery.

We advise that you double check your order before completing checkout. However, you can still be able to cancel your order before the items are shipped. Once any item on your order is shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order. However, you can still request for a refund within 14 days of receiving your items.

If you wish to cancel or amend a detail on your order, please do so as soon as possible by contacting us on info@neopresol.co.uk 

You can select the quantity of items you want from the product page. We offer a site wide discount on the basis of quantity purchased per item, as could be seen on each product’s page. 

If you wish to buy in bulk, please contact us by email on info@neopresol.co.uk, to discuss your order and any further discounts that may apply.

Payment

We accept payment via credit or debit card and PayPal. We also accept payments using your mobile with ApplePay & GooglePay. 

All coupons can be redeemed during checkout, by adding your code in the designated coupon field on the checkout page. 

Discounts offered on larger quantities of items are automatically applied when you add to basket and can be verified by reviewing your cart before completing checkout.

Shipping / Delivery

We offer a next day delivery option on all our products. Orders are shipped same day when received before 3:00pm.

We use Royal mail for most of our delivery. On some occasions or seasons, we may utilize a different courier to ensure prompt delivery of orders.

We deliver to all parts of the UK. We also deliver to international locations. For international shipping, if the cost of shipping is not shown for your location during checkout, please contact us by email for a quote. You will also see a prompt with this information during checkout.

We are sorry to hear that your delivery has been delayed. Please login to your account and create a ticket or get in touch by email on info@neopresol.co.uk, with order details and we will chase your delivery with our courier.

Return / Refund

Yes, we do accept returns, but you must inform us by email on info@neopresol.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of the items we sell, we will not be able to accept returns or issue refunds for any item that has been opened or used.

If there is a seal on the product, please ensure you handle with care to avoid seal or lid from being broken. We will not offer any refunds for items returned with broken seal or lid.

The items you wish to return must reach us within 14 days of the date you informed us that you wish to return the items. 

Please pack the items and ship to the return address provided on the returns request email sent to your inbox. Please note that you are responsible for the safety of the item(s) until we receive delivery of the item(s). We suggest that you use recorded delivery service for the return.

Unfortunately, we do not refund delivery cost. If the item(s) arrive within the stated return period, and in good condition, we will refund only the cost of the item to the original form of payment. 

Also, we do not refund the cost you incurred in returning the item(s) to us.

We will only refund delivery and returns cost when the reason for the return was caused by us eg sending an incorrect item

Product Details

Fill in the waitlist form on the product page with your email address and we will send an email to notify you as soon as the product is back in stock. 

You can also use the ‘Ask a Question’ button on the product page to leave a message, specifying your interest and quantity required.

When an item is back in stock, we normally make reservation for 3 days for the convenience of all customers who informed us of their interest to purchase the item.

Most of our products are suitable for most skin types. This will be specified on the description section of the product page. Please ensure you read the product pack and instructions before use.

Customer Support

Login to your account and use the ‘Support’ menu to get in touch regarding your order, or any other account related query you might have.

Yes you can view your order history by logging into your account and clicking on the ‘Orders’ menu. You will be able to view historic orders on this page. 

You can update your shipping address through your account. Click on ‘Addresses’ and select edit on your Shipping Address section, to fill in your updated shipping address. Remember to save when you are finished.
