We will normally use Royal Mail to deliver most of our goods to all parts of the UK and internationally. For International Customer (Outside the UK), please get in touch with us by email and we can help you.
Next day Delivery:
All our deliveries are made using standard next day delivery service. Next day delivery applies to most orders placed before 3:00pm. All other orders received after 3:00pm will be shipped the next day, to be delivered the following day. Our standard courier delivery charge is £4.00 per delivery. All courier delivery services are subject to stock, courier area and availability and demand. When the standard courier service is not available, NeoPresol UK will deliver by an alternative carrier and this may take longer. In Northern Ireland and some other parts of the UK, the next day delivery service applies on orders placed Sunday to Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal due to busy schedules of the courier.
Return
We will accept exchanges and returns of unopened and unused products that are returned to us within 28 days from the date of delivery. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you intend to return. For hygiene reasons, toiletries and cosmetics (including lotions and creams) cannot be returned if unwrapped or unsealed unless faulty. Perishable items such as food and drinks cannot be returned. Where a product has a security sticker warning that the product cannot be returned once the sticker is removed, a refund or exchange will not be offered if the seal is broken except in accordance with your legal rights.
Your return will usually be processed within 3 to 5 working days. We’ll send you a Return Notification Email to inform you once the return has been processed.
Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.Help

Product details
Epaderm Ointment is a rich emollient formulated with clinically proven ingredients that deeply moisturise the skin. It is used for the management of eczema, psoriasis, and other dry skin conditions. Epaderm ointment has no fragrances, colourings or preservatives making it ideal for treating a wide range of skin conditions
*SLS is an abbreviation for Sodium Lauryl Sulphate
Product is suitable for babies and children.
Application:
- As emollient: Apply unto the skin as often as required or as directed by your healthcare professional.
- As a skin cleanser: Use as required when washing or in the shower.
- As a bath additive: Melt Epaderm Ointment in a container of hot water and shake to mix. Allow to cool properly before adding to the bath. After bathing, gently pat the skin dry with a clean towel. Pay attention to the bath surface to avoid slips and falls.
Direction of use
Remember to always wash your hand before applying the ointment.
Hazards and Cautions
- For external use only.
- Avoid contact with the eyes.
- Do not use Epaderm Ointment if you are sensitive to any of its ingredients.
- If your condition worsens or you experience any undesirable effects, stop using Epaderm ointment and discuss with your doctor.
- Do not use after the expiry date shown on the label.
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
