We will normally use Royal Mail to deliver most of our goods to all parts of the UK and internationally. For International Customer (Outside the UK), please get in touch with us by email and we can help you.
Next day Delivery:
All our deliveries are made using standard next day delivery service. Next day delivery applies to most orders placed before 3:00pm. All other orders received after 3:00pm will be shipped the next day, to be delivered the following day. Our standard courier delivery charge is £4.00 per delivery. All courier delivery services are subject to stock, courier area and availability and demand. When the standard courier service is not available, NeoPresol UK will deliver by an alternative carrier and this may take longer. In Northern Ireland and some other parts of the UK, the next day delivery service applies on orders placed Sunday to Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal due to busy schedules of the courier.
Return
We will accept exchanges and returns of unopened and unused products that are returned to us within 28 days from the date of delivery. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you intend to return. For hygiene reasons, toiletries and cosmetics (including lotions and creams) cannot be returned if unwrapped or unsealed unless faulty. Perishable items such as food and drinks cannot be returned. Where a product has a security sticker warning that the product cannot be returned once the sticker is removed, a refund or exchange will not be offered if the seal is broken except in accordance with your legal rights.
Your return will usually be processed within 3 to 5 working days. We’ll send you a Return Notification Email to inform you once the return has been processed.
Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.Help

Neo-Presol is an anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic lotion used for managing and treating acne and after-shave bumps, preventing ingrown hair.
It is effective in the control and treatment of acne vulgaris, acne rosacea and seborrheic dermatitis. It is also very effective in controlling skin irritation and eruptions that often occur after shaving.
Please read instruction leaflet before using, and do not use if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the active substance(s) or any of the ingredients of Neo-Presol Lotion.
If irritation or hypersensitivity should occur, usage should be discontinued.
Avoid contact with eyes. To be applied externally only.

The Neopresol lotion comes as a 25ml product. The bottle has a capacity of about 50ml when full, but the quantity of product being marketed or sold is 25ml (as displayed on our website and product package). That is how it is dispatched from production, and obviously the reason for receiving half the product in the bottle. Feel free to measure the quantity of product in the bottle to verify this.
Although delighted for the positive feedback on product quality, we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed by the packaged quantity, but I hope my explanation has cleared your confusion. We will certainly pass on this feedback to production.
