General Terms:

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use and interact with our website including placing orders for products we sell. To order or register for an account with NeoPresol UK, you must be aged 18 or over. By registering or ordering from this website, you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms and conditions. The supplier of the goods featured is NeoPresol UK, (“Next”, “we”, or “us”). You may contact using our Contact Us page. Our customer service representatives work between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday & 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday. We may also respond to urgent communication during out of office hours. We may contact you for market research purposes.


Usage:

Our products are sold on the basis that they are to be used for domestic purposes only. If you intend to use use any of our products for a business purpose including remarketing, please contact us to enquire about any further discounts and any other relevant details.


Product Representation:

All product and descriptions shown on our website are normally accurate. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.


Prices:

The prices shown are not inclusive of any value added tax or sales tax. Due to market conditions, prices may have to be altered up or down. The current price will always be shown on the product and checkout pages prior to you placing your order. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling.


Product Availability:

All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties of any of our products, we will display ‘out of stock’ notice on the respective product page. We may also give customers the opportunity to indicate their interest to be notified when products are back in stock. If product unavailability prevents us from being able to completely fulfil an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer as soon as possible with update and provide relevant full or partial refund 

Placing Your Order:

Your order for any of our products is accepted and a contract is formed between Us and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered and not before. A contract is normally not formed at the point when payment is taken from you, nor at the point in time that you receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are despatched the order may not be accepted by NeoPresol UK, or it may be cancelled by you. For inventory or security reasons we may restrict the volumes of certain items to be sold in any one transaction. Following formation of the contract, NeoPresol UK shall continue to own any goods ordered until it has received full payment from you, even in cases where the goods may have already been delivered to you. Your purchases will be charged the day the goods are despatched. 


Cancelling Your Order:

Under Consumer Regulations you have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or service. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell, for example, perishable food items and cosmetics where the seal has been broken. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing by email, contact form on our website or by raising a ticket via your customer account on the website within a period of 14 days beginning on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, within 14 days of informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. See Returns & Refunds section for details of how to return goods to us.

 

We cannot accept substitute or alternative items by way of returns, nor are we able to send them back to you, so please look closely at the items you return to us. If you return or attempt to return substitute or alternative items, you will still be responsible for paying for the original item purchased. Placing Your Order:

We accept payment for purchases of our goods online. Below are the various means for collecting payments that we may use.

  • All major credit and debit cards
  • Apple / Google Pay
  • PayPal
  • Direct Debit or Continuing Payment Authority (CPA)
  • Online Invoicing

The taking of payment from you by NeoPresol UK via any of the means set out above or any other alternative means, does not indicate that a contract has been formed between you and NeoPresol UK. By placing an  order or by completing and submitting the electronic order form including your payment details you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Payment will be refunded to you if your offer is later refused or rejected by NeoPresol UK.

Courier

We will normally use Royal Mail to deliver most of our goods to all parts of the UK and internationally. 


Next day Delivery:

All our deliveries are made using standard next day delivery service. Next day delivery applies to most orders placed before 3:00pm. All other orders received after 3:00pm will be shipped the next day, to be delivered the following day. Our standard courier delivery charge is £3.99 per delivery (subject to weight of parcel). All courier delivery services are subject to stock, courier area and availability and demand. When the standard courier service is not available, NeoPresol UK will deliver by an alternative carrier and this may take longer. In Northern Ireland and some other parts of the UK, the next day delivery service applies on orders placed Sunday to Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday will be delivered on Monday.

Courier:

You must return the items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. If tags / seals have been removed or broken, we may be unable to process a refund. If you want to cancel/return your order you must do so within 28 days. The 28 days will start from the day after the items were delivered to your address. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. NeoPresol UK cannot accept responsibility for goods lost, stolen or damaged in transit while being returned to us. If this occurs, the items  will not be refunded.

If you paid for the order by PayPal, credit/ debit card or Apple pay, any charges will be deducted from your refund. It is worthy to note that we do not refund delivery charges. If the item is returned outside of the time periods provided above, we may refuse the return or provide a refund.


Returns Exceptions:

For hygiene reasons, toiletries and cosmetics  (including lotions and creams) cannot be returned if unwrapped or unsealed unless faulty. Perishable items such as food and drinks cannot be returned. Where a product has a security sticker warning that the product cannot be returned once the sticker is removed, a refund or exchange will not be offered if the seal is broken except in accordance with your legal rights. Returned items which are not in a new or unused condition will not be accepted and refunds will not be credited to your account. This does not affect your right to return faulty items.

Up To 15% Discount:

  • 10% and 15% discount offered;
  • Order up to 3 items of the same product, to be eligible for a 10% discount;
  • Order 5 and above items of the same product to be eligible for 15% discount;
  • Discounted prices are visible on the product page before adding to basket;
  • Items will also be added to your basket at the relevant discounted price;
  • Discount cannot be used with any other offers on the same order

10% Subscription Discount:

  • All customers subscribing to repeated monthly delivery are eligible for this offer;
  • A minimum of 1 item subscription qualifies for the discount.
  • Discounted price will be visible on monthly invoice and is applied to the amount debited from your payment method
  • Discount cannot be used with any other offers on the same order

Black Friday 2023 Offer (Buy One Get One 50% off):

  • Add one item of any product sold on our website to your basket to qualify;
  • Another item of the same product will be automatically added to your basket for half the original price
  • A minimum of 1 item qualifies for the discount.
  • When the customer removes the main item from the basket, the discounted item will automatically be removed by us.
  • Customer can add as many quantities as desired, and for each quantity added to the cart, we will add an additional half-priced item.
  • Note this offer can be redeemed alongside our sitewide offer of (Up To 15% discount) stated above.

NeoPresol UK may exclude any customer that is found to be misusing the offers. We reserve the right to withdraw any of the offers at any time.

Customer Conducts:

These Terms of Use govern your conduct associated with the customer reviews and rating service offered by NeoPresol UK. To the extent of any conflict between our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use, these Terms of Use will take precedence in respect of the reviews and ratings.

By submitting any content to Us, you represent and agree that:

  • You are the sole author and have not copied the content from any third party;
  • All content that you post is accurate;
  • Use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

You further agree and warrant that you shall not submit any content:

  • That is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
  • That infringes any third party’s copyright, trademark, or privacy;
  • That is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, racially or religiously biased or offensive, contains obscene language, or is threatening or harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation;
  • That includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers; or
  • That contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files. For any content that you submit, you grant NeoPresol UK a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

All content that you submit may be used at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to edit or delete any content on our websites that we deem, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. We do not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Us to edit or delete any content you have submitted.

We reserve the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not NeoPresol UK, are responsible for the contents of your submission.

None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of NeoPresol UK, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective officers and employees.

By submitting your email address in connection with your rating and review, you agree that NeoPresol UK and its third party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the status of your review and other administrative purposes.
